March 27, 2026

A superb set of results for the Swiss athletes competing at the World Indoor Championships in Torun, Poland.

Angelica Moser proved her star quality once again in the women’s pole vault, claiming the bronze medal and returning to the world podium with a season best of 4.70m.

The promising young talent Audrey Werro was a standout performer in the 800m; on the eve of her 22nd birthday, she earned a silver medal in 1:56.64, smashing her own Swiss indoor record.

Alongside them, the entire Swiss squad delivered a very strong performance at this major international meet. GalAthletics Bellinzona looks forward to welcoming these stars to the Stadio Comunale on 30 August.
